TERMS
The figures above are effective from 1st April 2025.
In case of a short-notice cancellation, we require a minimum notice period of 48 hours (or more) prior to the commencement of a scheduled service. Notification less than 48 hours' notice will require a cancellation fee of the full cost of the scheduled service.
Travel and/or transportation with or without the consumer in the vehicle is charged at $1.50 per kilometre travelled.
Overnight and 24 hour care is available upon request. Please call our friendly team to discuss your care requirements for a tailored quote.
Government caps on package and care management is 15% for package management and 20% for Care management of subsidy value. Our full managed package total fee’s range between 24% and 31.5% depending on the level of home care package and complexity of care management required.
Package and Care Management includes the administration and financial oversight of your care. This begins with your Initial Assessment and the creation of your personalised Care Plan, which evolves with your changing needs. Our management services include care coordination, arranging and purchasing services from third-party providers, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulations, maintaining quality assurance standards, implementing infection control protocols, and coordinating all your support services.
